Prices and agreement/termination
All prices will not be increased within the duration of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary. All offers are without obligation.All prices and offers are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of these errors. The agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by inspectorsgadgets.com. The company reserves the right not to accept an order. If this applies, the customer will be informed at all times by email, stating the reason. If a payment has already been made, this will, of course, be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made.By placing an order via the website or by email, a legally valid purchase agreement is created, which must be followed by payment. In the case of home delivery, the carrier's report, containing the refusal or acceptance, shall serve as full proof of the offer to deliver.We aim to ship orders to the delivery address you provided within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of full payment. If we deviate from this for any reason, you will receive a message by email. If you are supposed to pick up your package at the pick-up point after delivery attempts, and this does not happen, the package will be returned to us. We will transfer the purchase amount back to you minus the shipping costs.If a delivery time cannot be met for any reason, this does not entitle you to compensation, termination of the agreement, or non-fulfillment of any obligation that may arise for you from this or any other related agreement.Partial deliveries are permitted.
4. Right of withdrawal and returnIf there is a consumer purchase, the buyer has the right to return (part of) the delivered items within a period of 14 days, without giving a reason. If you do not return the delivered items to inspectorsgadgets.com within the set period, the purchase is a fact. You are obliged, before proceeding to return the shipment, to report this in writing within 14 days after the first delivery attempt to inspectorsgadgets.com. You must prove that the delivered items have been returned on time, for example, by means of proof of postal delivery.Each item must be checked upon receipt for any errors, imperfections, or damage. These must be reported to us by email within 2 days of receipt. Items of which an error, damage, or imperfection has been found, and which are returned without notification, will not be accepted by inspectorsgadgets.com.If problems arise, we will try to solve them as soon as possible. If the solution does not meet your expectations, you can choose to cancel the order, without further costs. This will not apply in the event that:A. The article has been worn and/or washed;B. The article is damaged or if you have tried to repair the damage/defect yourself;C. You have not followed the instructions for use;D. The labels and/or accessories are missing;E. The article has been manufactured according to your specification(s).The costs for your return shipment are for your own account; we cannot provide a refund on this, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must sufficiently stamp the returns; we will not accept your return shipment if it is insufficiently stamped.You are responsible for the returned items. If damage has occurred as a result of inadequate shipping packaging or if the postal item is insufficiently stamped, we reserve the right to refuse the return.The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to offer items, discounted items, accessories, jewelry, and other items that are hygiene-sensitive.5. Payment
inspectorsgadgets.com works by means of online prepayment. After your order, you will receive a confirmation by email with the total costs, including shipping. No extra costs are charged for online payments. After receipt of your entire payment, we will ship your order. When a discount code or voucher has been used as payment, no refunds will be given, and the discount cannot be reissued. The discount code, gift card, or other vouchers can never be exchanged for money.6. Liability

Miscellaneousinspectorsgadgets.com is authorized to use third parties to execute your order(s).If you provide inspectorsgadgets.com with an address in writing, inspectorsgadgets.com is entitled to send all orders to that address unless you provide inspectorsgadgets.com with written notice of an alternative address to which your orders should be sent.If one or more of the provisions of these terms and conditions or any other agreement with inspectorsgadgets.com conflict with any applicable law, the provision in question will lapse and will be replaced by a new legally permissible comparison provision to be established by inspectorsgadgets.com.
9. Applicable law and disputesAll rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements to which these conditions apply are exclusively governed by law.Any disputes that cannot be resolved without the intervention of a court will be submitted to a court to be designated by inspectorsgadgets.com.
