  • The general terms and conditions are in accordance with the provisions of the consumer authority. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Inspecteur Gadget. The general terms and conditions are accessible to everyone.

These general terms and conditions (read: Terms and Conditions) apply to all orders, offers and agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with  BUBOWOR the conditions cannot be deviated from. The customer cannot derive any rights for future transactions from any agreed deviations.

Placing an order or accepting an offer means that you accept the applicability of the conditions.

  1. Prices and agreement/termination
  • All prices will not be increased within the duration of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary. All offers are without obligation. All prices on the website are in Euros including 21% VAT.
  • All prices and offers are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of these errors. The agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by  BUBOWOR . The company reserves the right not to accept an order. If this applies, the customer will be informed at all times by e-mail stating the reason. If a payment has already been made, this will of course be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made.
  • By placing an order via the website or by e-mail, a legally valid purchase agreement is created, which must be followed by payment. This agreement can only be terminated if the customer notifies us within 14 days after concluding this agreement that he or she wishes to terminate the purchase agreement. However, the agreement is only terminated once you receive a confirmation from us by e-mail, clearly stating that the order in question has been cancelled.

    3. Shipping and delivery
  • Shipping and delivery will take place while stocks last. In the context of the rules of the law on distance selling ,  BUBOWOR will execute orders within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered item is no longer available or not in stock), there is a delay for other reasons or an order cannot be executed, or can only be executed in part, you will receive a message within 1 month after placing the order and in that case you have the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default.
  • The place of delivery is the address you provide to  BUBOWOR. has made known.
  • You are responsible for entering your address details. We trust that you will enter these details correctly. It is not the responsibility of BUBOWOR to check whether these details are correct.

Defective product?

  • How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Is it defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.

Lost package / returned package?

  • In the event that a package is lost or undelivered due to any logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

  • If after delivery it appears that the address details are incorrect, this is at the buyer's own risk. Any additional costs will not be reimbursed by BUBOWOR. You can always send us a message, so that we can find a solution together.

  •  To BUBOWOR 's delivery obligation You will be satisfied, unless proven otherwise, as soon as the BUBOWOR delivered goods have been offered to the buyer once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier's report, containing the refusal or acceptance, shall serve as full proof of the offer to deliver.
  • The prices stated for the products and services offered are in Euros and include 21% VAT.
  • We aim to ship orders to the delivery address you provided within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of full payment. If we deviate from this for any reason, you will receive a message by e-mail. If you are supposed to pick up your package at the pick-up point after delivery attempts, and this does not happen, the package will be returned to us. We will transfer the purchase amount back to you minus the shipping costs.
  • If a delivery time cannot be met for any reason, this does not entitle you to compensation, termination of the agreement or non-fulfilment of any obligation that may arise for you from this or any other related agreement.
  • Partial deliveries are permitted.

    4. Right of withdrawal and return
  • If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Sales or Distance Act (article 7:5 BW), the buyer has the right to return (part of) the delivered items within a period of 14 days, without giving a reason. This period starts at the moment that the ordered items are offered for the first time at the specified delivery address. If you do not return the delivered items to  BUBOWOR within the set period has returned the purchase is a fact.   • If problems arise, we will try to solve them as soon as possible. If the solution does not meet your expectations, you can choose to cancel the order, without further costs. This will not apply in the event that:
    A. The article has been worn and/or washed;
    B. The article is damaged or if you have tried to repair the damage/defect yourself;
    C. You have not followed the instructions for use;
    D. The labels and/or accessories are missing;
    E. The article has been manufactured according to your specification(s).
  • The costs for your return shipment are for your own account, we cannot provide a refund on this, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must sufficiently stamp the returns, we will not accept your return shipment if it is insufficiently stamped.
  • You are responsible for the returned items. If damage has occurred as a result of inadequate shipping packaging or if the postal item is insufficiently stamped, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to offer items, discounted items, accessories, jewelry and other items that are hygiene sensitive.

    5. Payment
  • BUBOWOR  works by means of online prepayment. After your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the total costs, including shipping. No extra costs are charged for online payments. After receipt of your entire payment we will ship your order. When a discount code or voucher has been used as payment can be done here no refunds will be given and the discount cannot be reissued. The discount code, gift card or other vouchers can never be exchanged for money.

    6. Liability
  • Any liability of  BUBOWOR and of the staff and products of BUBOWOR for all damages of any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect, including business damage, consequential damage, damage to movable or immovable property or to persons, is expressly excluded. BUBOWOR is also not liable for damage caused by third parties during the performance of the agreement.
  • BUBOWOR  accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the articles.
  • Any liability of  BUBOWOR in any case, the buyer's liability is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount that the buyer has paid to the buyer under the relevant agreement. BUBOWOR is due.


    7.  Force Majeure
  • In the event of force majeure, BUBOWOR  has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of your order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by communicating this in writing and without this BUBOWOR is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
  • Force majeure means any shortcoming that is not attributable to  BUBOWOR cannot be attributed to her, because she is not to blame for it nor is it her responsibility under the law, legal act or generally accepted views.


    8.  Miscellaneous
  • BUBOWOR  is authorized to use third parties to execute your order(s).

    9.  Applicable law and disputes
  • All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

  • All images, photos, drawings etc.; data concerning weights, dimensions, colours, images of labels, etc. on the  BUBOWOR  website are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
