1. Where is my package?
Our packages have an average delivery time of 5 - 20 working days. This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, so we don't want to send just a few orders every day. We collect packages in bulk and as soon as we reach our minimum threshold, we send them all at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us with a better and healthier world.

2. 20 working days have passed and I still haven't received my package?
We are sorry that this happened... Have you checked the Track & Trace yet? Sometimes it happens that packages get stuck at customs. Please wait an extra 7 days. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we see that in 95% of these cases the package is still delivered. Did you wait 20 working days and 7 days extra? Please contact us and we will find a solution together.

3. Where can I find my track & trace code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. It takes about 3 - 5 processing days before you receive a Track & Trace. Also check your spam, sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it can take a few working days before your Track & Trace becomes active.

4. How can I track my order?
You can track your order with your Track & Trace number that you received by email. Fill in the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.

5. I am not satisfied with my package
Please contact us with explanation + photo/videos about the problem, we will help you as soon as we can.
