Because our products are shipped from international warehouses, return instructions may vary depending on the product and the value of the order.
30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, labels, and accessories. Our support team will guide you throughout the entire process.
Restocking Fee
When a package is delivered to your home or left at a post office, inspectorsgadgets.com pays the shipping costs.
If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier.
In that case, we are entitled to deduct €15 from the refundable amount as a restocking fee.

Return Costs
For defective or incorrect products:
There are no costs for the customer. This applies when the wrong product has been delivered, the product has been damaged during transport, or the product is defective in any other way.
For customer withdrawal / change of mind:
Because our products are shipped from international warehouses, return costs can be high.
In these cases, we will first review the value of your order and offer either:
A return to the correct warehouse, with return costs paid by the customer.
Or a partial refund so you do not have to send the item back internationally.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Download the return form here and fill it in completely.
Contact us by emailing support@inspectorsgadgets.com with the return form and the reason for the return.
Customer service will confirm whether the return can be accepted and will send you the return address. This is not the address listed on our website.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documents, once the return has been approved.
Send the package according to the instructions in the return authorization email.
Send the tracking code of the return shipment to support@inspectorsgadgets.com
Refund Process
Inspection
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
If a return is not required and a refund has already been agreed with our support team, the refund will be processed directly without the item needing to be returned.
Refund Timeframe
After approval, your refund will be processed.
It usually takes up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another size, color, or product, please contact us at support@inspectorsgadgets.com and we will help you with a quick exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
a. Sealed products whose seal has been broken
b. Products that have been specially made to the consumer’s specifications
c. Products that are clearly personal in nature
d. Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned
e. Products in the Beauty and Baby categories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened
